Hi! My name is Olivia and I am a 6’1″ public speaker, fashionista, model, and former 10-year Track and Field athlete (High Jump to be more specific). I love learning about people and helping others achieve their highest selves through their natural strengths. Also, I love rocks. The colors, the variations, the locations. It’s amazing what God and the Earth create! I also love animals and have many of my own.

I studied Sociology with a concentration in Social Justice at the community college, University, and Master’s level. I love to empower people of color, young women, and those who feel they have a bigger purpose.

After the highs and lows of college, I decided to create my jewelry business called Empower By O. I wanted to be my boss and I have always LOVED accessorizing, so why not create my jewelry? Empower By O jewelry radiates strength and empowerment, encouraging wearers to embrace their individuality and spark positive change through the elimination of ignorance and a powerful strike against injustice, lighting a path toward a more inclusive and enlightened future!

As I previously mentioned, I enjoy public speaking. In the past few years, I have had the pleasure of speaking for and working with empowering organizations such as the NAACP, CADSA, and Interfaith America, to name a few.
